Kefir, Raspberry & Moss Boss Pops

  • 125g organic fresh/frozen raspberries

  • 300ml good quality kefir (we love

  • 200ml Moss Boss Tonic Original

  • Handfull of organic raw pistachios

  • Wooden popsicle sticks (available in most arts & craft shops)


In a food processor, add 3/4 raspberries, kefir & Moss Boss Tonic.

Blitz until all mixed (add 1/4 raspberries towards end for a little raspberry surprise)

Pour mixture into popsicle moulds, add sticks and place in freezer for at least 5-6 hours.

In food processor blitz raw pistachios.

Pull out popsicles from moulds and garnish with a drizzle of kefir and sprikle with blitzed pistachios.
