About the Recipe

Adding Lion's Mane mushroom powder to your diet can offer potential benefits such as improved cognitive function and reduced inflammation, thanks to it's reported neuroprotective and antioxidant properties. Additionally, Lion's Mane mushroom has been associated with potential digestive health benefits, including promoting gut health and supporting a healthy immune system.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup fresh or frozen organic blueberries

  • 2 Ripe organic bananas

  • 1 Tbsp organic Lion's Mane powder

  • 2 Cups organic oat milk

  • 50ml Moss Boss Tonic Original


For garnish

  • 50g Blitzed dried blueberries

  • 50g Desiccated coconut

Preparation



Add all ingredients to food prosessor/ blender. Blend until smooth.


Pour into glass and garish with coconut & dried blueberries.
