Our daily recommended dose is between 25-50ml per day. We do recommend taking double or triple this amount per day when under the weather- e.g. recovering from a cold/flu.

All of the tonics combine our signature trusted gut and immune support base of Organic Carrageen Moss/Irish Sea Moss, Apple Cider Vinegar and Root Ginger. Each tonic has a slightly different flavour profile. 

The Original Tonic is blended with Orange, Clementine Peel & Raw Honey. The Turmeric Tonic is blended with Turmeric Root, Organic Fennel Herb & Cloudy Apple. The Cherry Tonic is blended with Organic Tart Cherries & Cloudy Apple. The Limited Edition Lions Mane and Blueberry Tonic is blended with Organic and Irish-Grown Lions Mane, Organic Blueberries and Organic Lemon juice. 

All tonics are made with the intention of supporting gut & immune health. However, each tonic has its own unique ingredient list aimed at targeting health issues. 

Our Original Tonic would be recommended for people suffering from respiratory illness. The Turmeric variety is recommended to those who may suffer with inflammatory issues/ seasonal allergies- Turmeric, Fennel & Ginger all containing anti-inflammatory properties & fennel being a natural antihistamine. 

Tart Cherry and Ginger, as well as supporting gut and immune health, also aids in improved muscle recovery and quality of sleep. 

The Limited Edition Lions Mane and Blueberry Tonic would support a healthier nervous system

Yes, children can use Moss Boss Tonic. When taking Moss Boss Tonic Original, children should be aged 12 months + due to raw honey content.

While both our Moss Boss Tonics are 100% food based and pasteurised, we recommend consulting a healthcare provider before incorporating it into your diet during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. 

If you are using medication for thyroid ailments, we recommend approaching the use of our Moss Boss Tonic with caution. Sea moss, a key ingredient in Moss Boss Tonic, is rich in iodine, which can significantly affect thyroid function. While iodine is essential for thyroid health, both an excess and a deficiency can disrupt thyroid function. If you're on medication for thyroid issues, additional iodine intake could interfere with your treatment. We advise customers to discuss with their healthcare provider to ensure it does not interfere with their thyroid medication or overall thyroid health.

The Sea Moss we use in our Tonic is sustainably hand harvested from the pristine shores of County Clare, Ireland. Each batch is tested for heavy metals and the seaweed we use is certified organic.

Moss Boss Tonic is currently being made in our small but mighty factory in Ennis, County. Clare.

We do NOT recommend someone with a seafood allergy to take our Moss Boss Tonic. Sea moss is a type of seaweed, and while it is not a seafood, it grows in the ocean and shares some properties with marine life. There is a potential for cross-reactivity in individuals with seafood allergies, though this is not common.

Moss Boss Tonic is suitable for vegetarians and vegans alike. However, our Original flavour is not suitable for vegans as it contains raw honey.

Yes, Moss Boss Tonic is gluten free.
