I take this every morning and can say that it has definitely helped my focus and general feeling of wellbeing. It’s an important part of my daily (morning) routine now and I find that the cute ceramic shot glass that you can also buy in Oirtonics, is perfect for taking it and reminding me to take my dose as I see it sitting on my window sill every morning!
It is very easy to take and I am definitely feeling the benefits.
I should also say that since I started taking the Moss Boss tonics I have not had a cold/flu.
