Directions For Use

For immune & gut maintenance:
25ml first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Ideally 30 mins before food. Can be taken straight or mixed with water.

For use when recovering from cold/flu/chest infection
30ml 3 times a day before meals. Can be taken straight or mixed with water.

For children
15ml- 20ml once a day mixed with good quality yogurt or apple juice.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 4 weeks.

Our Moss Boss Original Tonic is refreshing, slightly sweet with a spicy kick from the ginger. This combination creates a balanced, invigorating flavour experience that is both refreshing and slightly spicy, with the unique undertones of sea moss.

2. How much do I take each day?

Our daily recommended dose is between 25-50ml per day. (egg-cup size) We do recommend taking double or triple this amount per day when under the weather- e.g. recovering from a cold/flu. We recommend taking it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

3. What are the benefits of taking this tonic?

All variations of our tonics are made with the intention of supporting gut and immune health. Our Original Tonic contains natural prebiotic fibre and probiotics, is mineral rich and naturally high in antioxidants. While it helps to maintain gut and immune health it is more specifically tailored for respiratory ailments. It can help with cold/flu/virus symptoms, respiratory ailments, excess mucus, digestive ailments, immune support. The recipe is based on traditional uses of Irish Sea Moss in the past.
