Ingredients:

125g organic fresh/frozen raspberries

300ml good quality kefir (we love https://kerrykefir.ie/)

200ml Moss Boss Tonic Original

Handfull of organic raw pistachios

Wooden popsicle sticks (available in most arts & craft shops)
Steps:
- In a food processor, add 3/4 raspberries, kefir & Moss Boss Tonic.
- Blitz until all mixed (add 1/4 raspberries towards end for a little raspberry surprise)
- Pour mixture into popsicle moulds, add sticks and place in freezer for at least 5-6 hours.
- In food processor blitz raw pistachios.
- Pull out popsicles from moulds and garnish with a drizzle of kefir and sprinkle with blitzed pistachios.
