Kefir, Raspberry & Moss Boss Pops

Ingredients:

  • 125g organic fresh/frozen raspberries

  • 300ml good quality kefir (we love https://kerrykefir.ie/)

  • 200ml Moss Boss Tonic Original

  • Handfull of organic raw pistachios

  • Wooden popsicle sticks (available in most arts & craft shops)

Steps:

  1. In a food processor, add 3/4 raspberries, kefir & Moss Boss Tonic.
  2. Blitz until all mixed (add 1/4 raspberries towards end for a little raspberry surprise)
  3. Pour mixture into popsicle moulds, add sticks and place in freezer for at least 5-6 hours.
  4. In food processor blitz raw pistachios.
  5. Pull out popsicles from moulds and garnish with a drizzle of kefir and sprinkle with blitzed pistachios.
